'An Evening with Vocal High'
Pershore Baptist Church
Friday 13th July 2018
A grand night was had at the Baptist Church on 'Trump Day' [13th July 2018]. We marked The Orange One's visit to the UK with a rendition of 'Nottamun Town', a song from the 'World-Turned-Upside- Down' tradition; and it was great to hear a first performance of Chris's composition 'To Althea'. The full-length concert featured some stonking performances from the ensemble, and The Men's Department excelled themselves yet again - this is becoming a habit! We had a wonderful audience and this lovely message the following morning, from a VH-er who will remain anonymous...

Our 'end-of-term' concert in July was a fantastic evening - well-attended by an appreciative audience, and to sing our programme in the magical glow of lights and candles in St Andrews Church, Pershore was a real treat. I think we gained some new members too!
